One of my most important habits that keep me productive is managing my energy. It is important to recognize that you are not a robot and that some things just do not give you energy. I keep a spreadsheet with my leadership partner Rachael that tracks how I budget my time and helps us schedule things in a rhythm that makes sense for not just my daily energy but also honors the seasonal rhythms.
