In order to support the communities of tomorrow, we must develop the emerging leaders of today. My passion for leadership has led me to become the founder of the Catalyst Leadership Series, which is dedicated to inspiring and motivating leaders. Nothing makes me happier than sharing my love for leadership with others.
The key to becoming an award-winning organization is talent. It’s about finding people who are hard-wired to succeed and giving them permission to be great every day. As a leader, my teams have been recognized by the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company Magazine and Best and Brightest Companies for excellence, leadership and professionalism. The people I work with every day define talent.
The greatest force for change is a well-paying job. A good job changes people’s self-worth. It changes a family’s socioeconomic status. It grows communities and raises education. For this reason, I have dedicated the past 25 years to economic development with one mission: to create jobs. I’d love to share my experience and insight with your organization.
Sharing my knowledge and meeting folks who benefit from my experience is one of my favorite things in life. If you would like to book me for an event, reach out to Faye Davis; she will help you with all the logistics.
Ron Kitchens has spoken to several of our leadership teams at National Heritage Academies. His practical and real-world approaches to challenging leadership issues have been instrumental in helping our leaders navigate through difficult challenges in leadership. His use of storytelling aligns to key life lessons and reinforces his authenticity and most importantly, captivates the audience so his messages are well received. We greatly enjoyed Ron’s presentations and look forward to hearing him speak again! —Thea Reigler, National Heritage Academies
Ron’s speaking and story-telling skills really connected with our audience. We had several people volunteer feedback that with his keynote it was our best Annual Luncheon in the past decade. —Roger Lee, Economic Development of Central Oregon (EDCO)
Ron’s speaking is extremely impactful because he can feel the atmosphere in the room and connect to individuals where they are. It is his humility and compassion to help others that makes him a standout presenter. His presence is engaging, his stories are inspiring, and his business principles are phenomenal. I am convinced that the Christian Education department at Mt. Zion Baptist Church will never be the same because of his presentation. His talk has helped us to develop better leaders within our church and has motivated us to get greater results for Christ. —Rev. Ryan Jackson, Mount Zion Baptist Church, Kalamazoo
I enjoyed your keynote talk at the EDCO event today. I’m involved in both local education and industry initiatives in the Central Oregon community. Your words reinvigorated me to continue my efforts to make Bend and Central Oregon even better than it already is. Please keep spreading the word, your message is powerful. Your honesty and humility is genuine. I’m so glad there are people like you in our world.
I took away so much that will help me not only be a better leader at my job but also just a better husband, father, and just human being. I walked away definitely with a different mind frame then the way I walked in. I want to bring even more passion to my life as a whole. I look forward to attending more events in the future. Thanks so much for the experience!
Ron’s presentation at the Oregon Economic Development Association Annual Conference was both moving and inspirational. Our members valued his real world stories which further solidified why we as practitioners do this work. Creating healthy economies through jobs is a team sport and it’s the collective engagement of communities that win the race to the finish line.
